John is co-founder and CEO of Parcxmart, founded in Q1, 2004. Regan came to Parcxmart with more than 20 years experience building international businesses in diverse financial and electronic payments sectors. Regan has the unique blend of international diplomatic skills and entrepreneurship. Early in his career, he served as the manager for joint venture projects among developing nations for UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization).

Regan went on to launch the Signature Card program at Merrill Lynch, producing $5 Billion in electronic payment volume for the company and the Visa brand. Regan has led startup and early-stage growth firms in the following sectors: direct mail, database marketing service provider for the debit and credit card industry, online payment authentication on behalf of Visa and MasterCard, and online alternative payment platforms. While at venture capital firm CMGI, he developed strategic equity partnerships focused on the emerging P2P and micro payments space.
