As a co-founding member of Parcxmart, Mike brings more than 22 years of IT industry experience to the company. Having worked on international assignments throughout most of his career, Mike has led technology organizations that have developed and deployed innovative solutions for customers around the globe, holding a variety of management positions in the Systems Integration, Advanced Customer Solutions and Engineering divisions of Siemens, Ericsson, ITT and British Telecom. He was practice manager for Siemens’ Trusted Networks Group, a professional services organization specializing in e-Gov and e-Security solutions using smart cards, self-service kiosks and related technologies. Mike led the consortium that successfully developed and launched the Western Governors’ Association Health Passport Project that is still the largest multi-function, multi-application smart card solution operating in the US today. Prior to these initiatives, he led organizations in both Europe and Asia, developing technology solutions for a broad base of government and private sector customers in numerous vertical markets.

Craig joined Parcxmart in October 2005, and has over 20 years of finance experience.  Prior to joining Parcxmart, Craig was the Director of Finance at the Center for Executive Education at Babson College.  He managed the accounting operations and human resource functions for this executive conference center.  Craig was the Operations Analyst for the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, where he was responsible for the evaluation and control of operating expenses.  Before joining the Four Seasons, Craig was employed by the Saunders Hotel Group, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels.  Craig received his M.B.A. from Salem State College, 1988, and a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College, 1977.

Keith Saunders brings to Parcxmart 20 years experience in electronic banking, smart card-based transaction systems, and pre-paid stored value solutions to global organizations. For Mastercard, Keith project managed successful implementations of pre-paid top-up projects, developed RFID and SecureCode projects for major clients and represented MasterCard as a director of the Smart Card Alliance. For Mondex International, Keith managed client relationships with major financial companies, institutions and suppliers and succeeded in persuading several major companies to support the MULTOS smart card operating system. Previous to MasterCard and Mondex, Keith was with NCR and led the product development process for secure automated teller machines. Additionally, he led the NCR smart card architecture initiative and formed and managed relationships with key partners.
