Parcxmart leverages the investment municipalities have already made in their parking operations to increase revenues and decrease operating costs.
With no capital outlay, Parcxmart works with the municipal parking operators to launch a new electronic payment program.
Parcxmart will ensure that meters and garage entry/exit systems are card ready before a citywide launch.
Parking meters and garage entry points will also be posted with instructions on how to use the Parcxmart card.
As a way to introduce Parcxmart in certain parking zones, Meter Greeters will be able to issue a card to a driver who parks in the zone and provide information and assistance on its use.
Parcxmart will work with the municipality to insure that an electronic revenue collection process is fully operational before launch.
Integrated into the existing collections process, whether in-house or outsourced, Parcxmart will insure that electronic revenue at meters is securely collected, processed and received by the municipal parking operator. With the goal of having no coins in the meters, operating costs are reduced, and fraud and vandalism is minimized.
With the parking infrastructure in place, the next key to the success for the Parcxmart Solution is the Merchant Network.
