Founded in 2003, Parcxmart Technologies is an electronic payments company that has developed America 's first fully functional parking and local merchant smart card payment system.

The Parcxmart Card and patent-pending payment solution is a comprehensive payment platform that uses smart card technology to offer consumers a convenient one card alternative to coins and cash for small dollar transactions at on-street and off-street parking locations, as well as for retail purchases at participating merchants across the United States.

Parcxmart’s management team is comprised of industry leading professionals from the payments, parking and smart card and related technology industries.

Parcxmart’s strategic equity partner is Heartland Payment Systems, a leader in the payments processing industry. Our technology partner is Smart Centric Technologies, a leading developer of secure e-Purse and related smart card-based applications. Verifone is Parcxmart’s merchant point of sale partner. Parcxmart also has partnership agreements with two of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of parking meters and related management, POM Incorporated and Cale Systems.

These partnerships enable Parcxmart Technologies to offer a smart card parking program that combines secure transaction management, interoperability among cities and multiple merchants, interoperability with existing payment networks and has the potential for other multi-application exchanges.
